Welcome!

I am a linguistics researcher specializing in phonology and phonetics, with additional interests in digital humanities–oriented applied linguistics.

My work focuses on pronunciation learning, as well as communication in academic, workplace, and intercultural contexts, alongside technical English. With a background in Linguistics and English, and in my current roles as instructor, associated researcher, communication coordinator, and contributor to editorial projects, I bring a strong foundation in language analysis, teaching methodologies, and effective communication.

Teaching

Teaching and mentoring—in classrooms, labs, and academic gatherings—remain some of the most fulfilling aspects of my career. Over the past decade, I have gained extensive experience in higher education and hold a Graduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education. My teaching and mentoring roles have been diverse, including:

  • Designing and instructing university-level courses
  • Delivering lectures and guest talks for undergraduate and graduate students
  • Supervising lab-based research and guiding international students and programmers
  • Coordinating and facilitating conferences, workshops, demonstrations, and community events
